Engineer supervision & structural certification: A soil test is taken from the Value package onwards and the structural design is prepared accordingly by a qualified structural engineer. For all RCC framed-structure packages (Classic onwards), our in-house civil engineer supervises execution at all major structural stages — footing & pedestal placement, and roof/slab works — and a signed structural certificate confirming each stage is executed as per the structural design is shared with you over WhatsApp and email for your records and legal purpose.

Structural warranty: Written structural warranty applies to RCC framed-structure packages only (Classic onwards). The Foundation (load bearing) package does not carry a structural warranty.

Soil bearing capacity: The above sq ft rates are calculated considering a safe bearing capacity of soil of 230 kPa. If the value falls below 230 kPa, the structural design will need to be revised accordingly and the cost may vary.

Electrical scope: Electrical points, wiring quantities and circuit provisions are based on the approved electrical layout and standard load calculations.
